Still in need of more wine? MINI club bistro has a new bottle in its cellar: Trebianel!

This special wine is low in alcohol content and the two words to describe it are “Natural and Sparkling”. With the addition of its own thawed juice, fermentation takes place in the bottle. Afterward, this wine is bottled and left aging in the dark for 4 months before commercialization. The craziest part? The producer of this wine only produces 1700 bottles per year!

Cargo Gastronomia has a new fresh dish perfect for the month of August!

Fresh, simple, and healthy are the keywords to describe this dish. It is a delicious salad made with rocket salad, mozzarella knots, date tomatoes, and homemade bread. As a dressing, they use Apulian Coratina olive oil and oregano. Be ready to try this delicious meal!
