Cosimo and Katja Di Cioccio opened a pasta factory in Berlin-Moabit in August 2011. Since then they produce fresh, handmade pasta from Monday to Saturday in their open manufactory. They learned the craft in Pratola Peligna, a more than 1000 years old village in the Italian Abruzzo region, where their roots lie. Just like this area, their pasta and sauces are traditional, classic and simple at the same time.
