Italian Christmas Market: not only street food but also arts and design

The Italian Christmas Market promotes not only Italian gourmet products, but also made in Italy art. There will be craftsmen, portrait painters, illustrators, designers, publishers… Italian artists that live in Berlin or simply love the Italian culture. You will have the chance to see them at work, talk to them, bring home special and personalised gifts for you and your loved ones: many creations and selected products are waiting for you. But that’s not all: in the impressive industrial location of the Napoleon Komplex in Friedrichshain (Modersohnstraße 49a, 10245 Berlin) there will be also a photo booth, an ad-hoc bar dedicated to the Italian hot eggnog liquor “Bombardino”, DJ set, show cooking, portraits and live painting. The Christmas market will follow the 2G rule and you must wear a mask, except in the dedicated eating and drinking areas. Admission costs €4 and is free for children up to 12 years old.

The location: Napoleon Komplex in Friedrichshain

The market is going to be both outdoor and indoor, in the big industrial complex Napoleon Komplex in Friedrichshain. In the outdoor area, there will be a bar (with Bombardino and Glühmoncello, a hot limoncello-based drink), some street food stands and a DJ set. The indoor area will host street food and gourmet stands, also with arts and crafts stands. There will be a street of craftsmen and one of the artists, where you can live in the Christmas atmosphere of the markets of the past.
