Zum Heiligen Teufel this week has brought the Apulian tradition of Panzerotti to Berlin! Panzerotti is a filled pocket of dough, with a particular crescent-shape. The typical filling is tomato and mozzarella but Zum Heiligen Teufel used to propose also panzerotti with cacio&pepe, sausages and potatoes and so on.
