Variations
If you don’t like Nutella (almost impossible) you can replace it with another hazelnut spread or dark chocolate cream. Otherwise, if you want to obtain a lighter cake, you can avoid chocolate or Nutella and pour only the coconut. Finally, to obtain a softer version, you can also add yoghurt together with butter and sugar.

INGREDIENTS
- 400g Nutella
- 350g 00 flour
- 200g sugar
- 190g butter
- 150g dehydrated coconut
- 300ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 16g baking powder
- ½ tsp bicarbonate
- 1 pinch salt

Let’s prepare the coconut and Nutella cake! Start pouring the dehydrated coconut into a bowl with 200 ml of milk, mix well and let absorb the liquids completely. Meanwhile, in the bowl of a electric mixer, put the butter and sugar and mix in order to obtain a homogeneous cream. Add the eggs and keep mixing. Meanwhile, sift the flour with the baking powder and bicarbonate. Then, add a pinch of salt and the dehydrated coconut.
Finally add the remaining 100ml of milk and pour the dough into a baking tray. Now bake it in a static oven at 180 ° for 60 minutes. Once cooked, let the cake cool. Cut the cake in half, fill it abundantly with Nutella as well as cover always with Nutella the surface of the cake.
