L’antica Pizzeria Da Michele Berlino: the wait is over. Here’s everything you need to know about the new Neapolitan pizza temple in the German capital.
The countdown is coming to an end: at 18: on Wednesday, February 19th, L’Antica Pizzeria Da Michele will open in Berlin. The address is Fritz-Reuter-Str. 7, Schöneberg area, within walking distance of two metro stops: Innsbrucker Platz (S-Bahn and U-Bahn) and Schöneberg (S-Bahn). For the legendary Neapolitan pizzeria this is the first restaurant in Germany, an opening that will come almost at the same time as the one of the London office in Soho. Daniela, the Managing Director of Michele, explains In the World: “A dream has come true: the historical headquarter in via Sersale in Naples, is always full of German tourists, who love our pizza. We finally managed to reach them in their country, continuing with our project of expansion and openness towards the world. They change places, people, but the spirit of our founder and his family is always present”.

Da Michele’s pizza gaines its fame thanks both to its extraordinary quality and to the spirit of the people“pizza”. Despite the rows in front of every local and the fame of this Pizzeria, which has arised also thanks to the movie Eat, Pray, Love it has always tried to be suitable for everyone. This approach will also be found in the Berlin offices, where the marinara and the margherita will be offered since the opening at a price of respectively of € 5.00 and € 7.50. These prices suggest/give the idea that Da Micheleis first of all a gastronomic culture. Unlike the Neapolitan headquarters, in the Berliner one there will be also a series of special pizzas, that you can discover from month to month, n addition to the two traditional pizzas, plus – logically – appetizers, desserts and soft drinks.

L’Antica Pizzeria Da Michele in collaboration with True Italian (the network of the real Italian clubs in Germany) and Berlino Magazine is giving away a dinner for two people. The menù includes one pizza, either Marinara or Margherita, and one drink and will be offered to the first five people who will answer the question:
